Weekly Classes

• Weekly Qi Gong classes in South London, Pimlico, on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. Click here for more information.

• Ideal for anyone wanting a regular class continuing through the year

Monthly Saturday Session

• Monthly Saturday sessions in South London, Vauxhall from 9am - 12pm

• Ideal supplement to the weekly classes or for anyone happy to build a regular practice at home without weekly tuition

Weekend Courses

• Weekend courses - four in total running through the year in North London, at our location in Finsbury Park, 9am - 4pm each day.

• The weekend courses are an opportunity to immerse yourself in the training for a couple of days taking you further into the process.

• Ideal for anyone wanting to take a deep dive into the practice

We run a rolling syllabus that is covered in full over a period of approximately two years and then repeated and expanded upon over a longer period of time. For this reason, new students can join for the first time at any point in the year.

We teach the Level One syllabus of Lotus Nei Gong International and students who attend our classes and courses and build a regular practice will develop a true experiential understanding of Qi Gong and the Nei Gong process.
